Okay, so I used to run a lot of drama club bake sales, and I perfected this recipe to make lots of moist and addictive cookies for cheap and easy...It's great for little ones to help with because it's simple. Smile

Ingredients and Tools:

One box of cake batter, any flavor

2 eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil

Large mixing bowl

Wooden spoon, or large mixer (if you have one)

cookie sheets (line with foil for easy clean-up and cookie removal)

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

2. Pour cake mix into large bowl

3. Add oil and eggs to cake mix

4. Mix until all blended, do not over mix...Make sure it's ALL blended. (If using mixer, use medium speed/ low speed)

5. Using your hands, make dough into balls, and place onto lined cookie sheet whatever size you want...depends on how many cookies you need. 1-2inches? I just eyeball it...

6. Bake in the middle of the oven for 10-12 minutes.

7. Wait until cookies cool to take them off the foil.

That's it! What I love about these cookies is they are so universal. Add your favorite kind of candy, chips (chocolate, pb, butterscotch...etc.) I like to make them a little on the big side and frost them. They are good for so many ideas. Goofy (hubby) loves yellow cake with butterscotch and chocolate chips, while Sparky is addicted to Rainbow chip cake mix with the rainbow chip frosting on top. My fave is yellow cake with fudge frosting...Mmmmm... pig
