OK so we all know FOOTBALL season has begun..... YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I am trying to eat healthy yet still eat YUMMY so here is something I just made last weekend and OMG its GOOD and EASY – I mean come on you gotta have chips and dip to watch the GAME right!
1 can - Rinsed and Drained Black Beans 1/2 cup Salsa 1/2 cup Fat Free Yogurt Fresh Cilantro (add as much or as little as you like- me I like alot) 1 -small can diced green chilies Cumin ( 1 tsp or more depending on your taste)
Optional -(Fresh JalapeƱo - Me I like SPICY)
Place can of rinsed and drained black beans in food processor or blender. Add salsa and cilantro. ( optional – chopped Jalapeno)
Blend until smooth and no whole beans left. Stir in yogurt and green chilies and cumin.
You can eat then or refrigerate until EATIN TIME… YUM
