Flourless PeanutButter Cookies

OMG if you like peanutbutter YOU WILL LOVE THESE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1


How easy can you get.... this is simple and OH SO GOOD... I tend to bake these a little underdone because if you bake them too long they can get dry.


1 cup Peanut Butter
1 egg
1 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla

Mix together- roll into balls and press down with fork on top doing a criss cross pattern.


Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 mins


Extra Add Ins: You can add choc chips 1/2 to this serving size or Roll the peanutbutter balls into a cinnamon/sugar mixture then press down.

We make these for my dad because he has celiacs diease. He loves them.
